About Global Delivery Services
Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.
Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
As part of our EY-BPM team, you will help clients in developing state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega Development platform. You would be responsible for owning the development, testing and deployment of enterprise level Pega applications which can be easily scalable, extendable with minimal customization.
Using your expertise in Pega, you will help our clients make better decisions and get work done with real-time AI and Digital transformation.
We’re looking for candidates with strong technology and data understanding in Pega space, having proven delivery capability. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm as well as a part of a growing BPM team.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Own End to end delivery from EY GDS
• Well versed with Pre-sales activities, Recruitment, Quality processes
• Review Design/Architecture of Pega application
• Handle a team of 50-60 Pega resources in multiple projects
• Participate in senior leadership calls and present status updates
• Create project plan, resource loading and tracking
• Ensure quality deliverables and status reporting at various levels
• Escalations and Risk / Issue management
• Responsible for participating in Scrum ceremonies and act as needed
• Knowledge on Pega framework stack, automation & innovation
• Define process improvements which will improve business & technical KPIs
Skills and attributes for success
Must Have
• 15-18 Years of experience in Pega
• Excellent communication skills
• Certified Pega Senior System Architect
• Hands-on experience (previously) in Case Management, Integrations, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File / Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors
• Latest happenings in BPM space, especially Pega GenAI, Agentic AI…
• Good Understanding about Pega frameworks such as Pega CDH, CLM, SD, CRM
• Good knowledge on Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniques
• Knowledge on Data Modelling & Reporting, Performance tuning
Good to Have
• Certified LSA/LDA
• Solid Design & Architecture skills
• Experience in Pega Upgrades, Migrations
• Knowledge on Pega Deployment Manager OR Custom CI/CD pipeline
• Good knowledge on estimations, support RFPs
• Operational activities & effective utilization of resources
Nice to Have
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge in strategic decision making, market conditions
• Infrastructure setup/recommendation for Pega environments
• Experience in developing large scale customer & user base applications
• Specialization in one or two Pega Frameworks such as Smart Dispute (SD), CS, CLM-KYC …
• Suggest/recommend Business or Technical Process improvement activities
Not to Have
• People with knowledge only in Core Pega PRPC OR older versions of Pega such as 7.x/6.x
