Job Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Senior
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing Oracle-based solutions to meet business requirements, supporting system integration. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize Oracle Fusion BIP Publisher and OTBI Reports.
• Develop and maintain fast formulas for different Oracle Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Benefits).
• Creating clear, comprehensive technical documentation including design specs, integration guides, and user manuals.
• Data Conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• HCM Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrations/Extensions using HCM Extracts.
• Hands on Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience in invoking/consuming Fusion REST APIs from OIC using HCM Cloud Adaptor.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics
Technical Skills:
• Solid experience in writing and debugging Oracle Fast Formulas.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM, BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.
• Solid experience in using OIC with HCM Cloud.
• Good understanding of Fusion HCM SOAP/REST APIs.
Professional Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM.
• Exposure to at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction from senior leads.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Cloud HCM Technical.
