Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Conduct workshops and analysis sessions with the customer to gather functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into robust system and process designs using Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Map client requirements to standard Oracle Application processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Design end-to-end process solutions within Oracle EPM modules such as EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, EPCM, PCMCS, TRCS, NR
  • Conduct Functional Fit-Gap analyses, identifying necessary configurations or extensions.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, adhering to OUM (Oracle Unified Method) or Agile methodologies.
  • Configure and manage Oracle EPM modules
  • Manage and support CRPs, SITs, UATs, and the preparation of detailed test scenarios and scripts.
  • Deliver comprehensive end-user training, along with preparing appropriate training materials.
  • Participate in project review sessions and provide insights for ongoing process improvement.
  • Provide ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in planning and project management activities, while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and report internal KPIs, driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in EPM implementation modules and should have completed 2+ implementation projects with the following:  EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, EPCM, PCMCS, TRCS, NR.
  • Expertise in Oracle EPM cloud functionality such as data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task manager, task lists, smart lists, workflows, EPMAutomate, etc.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and financial close/budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Good written/verbal communication, presentation, interactive skills 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Exposure to key EPM technologies in the market such as OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Blackline etc
  • Exposure to On-Premises Hyperion Suite, Essbase 21c, OAC etc.
  • Strong functional understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards and reporting requirements of a typical CFO function.
  • Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating end-to-end accountability, exceeding customer expectations and achieve service delivery excellence.
  • MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications.
