Essential Functions of the Job:

•    Provide support to the business thru reports generation, numbers analysis and performance management.
•    Manage resource pool in terms of chargeability and productivity.
•    Perform task on the administrative backend related to personnel data
•    Serve as point of contact of other support groups (HR, Recruitment, Admin) to work on completing business requests.
 
Requirements:

•    Strong analytical skills - detail oriented
•    Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Excel) skill is a must. 
•    Very strong communication skills, both oral and written
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Proficient at negotiation skills and conflict management
•    Strong client service focus - responsive to requests maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues
•    Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities
•    Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
•    Self-starter, able to work independently
•    Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor

Educational qualifications and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    MS Excel mastery, Power BI preferred.
•    1-2 years of experience in a Reporting Analyst/Workforce Analyst background in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services company, preferred
