Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA  Laterals / fresher to join our team as an OFSAA Analyst. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in financial services and gain hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). The successful candidate will assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of OFSAA solutions, supporting various business functions and contributing to our company's financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support Implementation and Configuration:
     o    Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of OFSAA modules under the guidance of senior analysts.
     o    Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with existing systems and data sources.
•    Business Analysis:
     o    Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for OFSAA implementations.
     o    Participate in the analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement through OFSAA solutions.
•    Data Management:
     o    Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for OFSAA applications.
     o    Help maintain data accuracy and integrity within OFSAA modules.
•    Testing and Validation:
     o    Assist in developing test plans and conducting testing to ensure OFSAA solutions meet business requirements.
     o    Document and report any issues or defects identified during testing.
•    User Training and Support:
     o    Help prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on OFSAA functionalities.
     o    Provide first-level support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues as needed.
•    Documentation:
     o    Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides related to OFSAA.
     o    Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:
•    Educational Background:
     o    MBA in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. (MUST)
     o    Btech / Bachelors in Computer Engineering / Computer Applications  or Tech back ground is very good to have.

•    Skills:
     o    Basic understanding of financial services, financial analysis, and risk management concepts.
     o    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
     o    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
     o    Basic knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.

•    Communication Skills:
     o    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
     o    Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•    Personal Attributes:
     o    Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
     o    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
     o    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Technical Skills:
     o    Familiarity with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) or other financial software solutions is a plus.
     o    Basic knowledge of data management and ETL processes.
•    Internship Experience:
     o    Previous internship or project experience in financial services, banking, or related industries is advantageous.
