Job Title: Senior Microsoft Power BI Developer 
Job Summary: As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•    Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into Power BI.
•    Optimize Power BI models for performance and scalability.
•    Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
•    Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and related tools.
•    Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    4+ years of experience in Power BI development.
•    Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX and M languages.
•    Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
•    Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design.
•    Experience with SQL and data querying.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Knowledge of Power BI licensing
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Microsoft Power BI certification, or other Power Platform certification.
•    Experience with Azure services.
•    Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
•    Able to lead small to medium teams
