The opportunity
As part of our EY-BPM team, you will help clients in designing and developing state of the art solutions to optimize business processes. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of process driven applications and solutions, including development, testing and deployment, ensuring they are scalable, adaptable and sustainable with minimal customization.
Leveraging your expertise in process mapping, technical documentation and solution development, you will help our clients gain better visibility into their operations, enabling more informed decisions-making and improved efficiency through data-driven insights and AI and Digital transformation initiatives.
We’re looking for candidates with strong understanding of technology and data and process analysis, particularly in technical process documentation and workflow design, with proven track record of successful delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm as well as a part of a growing BPM team. You will work closely with clients to assess requirements, design optimised business processes and support the development of solutions that improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement. 

Your key responsibilities
 
•    Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
•    Document end-to-end workflows, process maps, functional and technical requirements
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them functional and technical requirements for system enhancements or AI/automation projects
•    Recommend process enhancement, automation opportunities and technical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
•    Support process redesign initiatives aligned with business objectives and operational standards
•    Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update managers on progress of tasks
•    Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel
•    Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks 
•    Participate in documentation, design, development, QA, deployment and support as required
•    Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with established business processes, governance, and compliance requirements
•    Update technical process documentation and ensure high quality deliverables 
•    Building of Technical Process Assets and Accelerators

Skills and attributes for success
 
•    4-9 years in technical process documentation
•    Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high quality reports and presentations as needed
•    Attention to detail and commitment to quality
•    Understanding of BPM methodologies
•    Hands-on experience on process mapping tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio)
•    Understanding of AI and automation
•    Knowledge of process mining or digital transformation platforms
