The opportunity
 
As part of our EY-BPM team, you will lead the design and delivery of process mining and optimization solutions using Celonis platform. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of process mining engagement – from opportunity identification and solution design to implementation, deployment, and value realization ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with client objectives. 
Leveraging your expertise in process mining, process analysis, data modelling and solution architecture, you will help clients to gain end-to-end visibility into their operations. You will help drive data-driven decision-making, enabling measurable improvement in performance through advanced analytics, AI-driven insights and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will lead cross-functional team, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple engagements. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess business requirements, define process mining use cases, and design target-state processes that deliver tangible business outcomes.
We’re looking for candidates with strong foundation in technology, data architecture and process analysis, with demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing delivery and driving transformation initiatives. A proven track record of delivering process mining or analytics-driven solutions and ability to bridge business and technical perspectives are essential.

Your key responsibilities
 
•    Lead end-to-end delivery of process mining engagements, including process discovery, conformance checking, and performance analysis using Celonis and established methodologies
•    Drive actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
•    Define and implement scalable, reusable solution frameworks to enable efficient and consistent Celonis deployments
•    Translate business requirements into technical architecture, data models, and process mining use cases
•    Oversee the design, validation, and governance of data models, event logs, and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
•    Provide leadership across configuration, development, testing, and deployment of process mining applications
•    Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all process mining solutions
•    Establish governance frameworks for process mining programs and solution lifecycle management
•    Ensure compliance with internal policies, data governance, and regulatory requirements
•    Manage and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality delivery, capability development, and knowledge sharing
•    Building of Technical Assets and Accelerators

Skills and attributes for success
 
•    10-15 years Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS / Process Mining platform
•    Extensive experience in process mining, business process management (BPM), or digital transformation initiatives
•    Proven track record in solution architecture and large-scale implementations
•    Experience working in consulting, shared services, or enterprise transformation environments is preferred
•    Strong expertise in process mining concepts and methodologies
•    Advanced understanding of business process modeling and optimization
•    Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•    Ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams
•    Strong project delivery and governance experience
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
•    Experience with SQL, data modeling, and database concepts
•    Knowledge of automation, RPA, or workflow solutions
•    Understanding of cloud platforms and data architectures
