Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Conduct and attend workshops with the client for a specific/multiple workstreams.
• Understand business requirements and/or high-level designs from clients/stakeholders and provide high-level estimates.
• Manage and monitor projects to ensure that delivery schedule is on target, defined milestones are met, delivered components are at par with development standards
• Act as a liaison between the onsite and offshore teams to ensure that communication and harmony is established.
• Review deliverables of resources working under him/her and ensure quality of output
• Manage resources and provide them the leadership to perform and attain growth in the organization
• Provide necessary guidance to resources on matters related to Oracle technologies
• Should be willing to travel onsite on short term or long term on need basis
• Should be willing to work on client shift specifically during workshops sessions.
Requirements
Experience:
• At least 10+ years of relevant experience working on any of the following applications:
o Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
o Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M)
o Oracle Meter Data Management
o Or other Oracle Utilities applications
• Experience in Power and Utilities sector
• At least 2+ years of experience in a Functional Architect role
• Experience on design, development and delivery cycle of any of the above applications
• Experience of working on tools and/or solutions using any of the following: Oracle Utilities Application Framework, COBOL, Java, PLSQL, Groovy shall be preferred
• Solution architecture skills shall be preferred
• Experience of working on onsite-offshore model
