Identity & Access Management – Senior Security Consultant 1 through Senior Consultant 3 (42/1-4)

Job purpose:
•    Senior Security Consultant in the Technology Consulting team to work on various Identity & Access Management projects for our customers across the globe.
•    An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GDS within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
•    In line with EY’s commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that work is of the highest quality as per EY’s quality standards and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.
Your client responsibilities: 
•    Engage and contribute to the Identity & Access Management projects 
•    Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
•    Execute the engagement requirements, along with review of work by junior team members 
•    Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other interested parties
•    Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
•    Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and with other services across the organization
•    Help senior team members in performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff/junior level team members 
•    Contribute to people related initiatives including recruiting and retaining IAM professionals
•    Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff
•    Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Your people responsibilities: 
•    Building a quality culture at GDS 
•    Help senior team members in performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff/junior level team members 
•    Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
•    Foster teamwork and lead by example
•    Training and mentoring of project resources
•    Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
•    Excellent leadership skills

Mandatory skills: 
•    Active Directory domain assessments. 
•    AD server migration, deployment and DE promotion and impact assessment on applications, file servers and other dependent components. 
•    AD consolidation and migration of multiple domains leveraging AD tools such as Quest AD migration and/or Binary Tree. 
•    PowerShell/Python scripting. 
•    Good understanding of AD FSMO roles, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies, AD SIEM and log events, Authentication protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM etc. 
•    Should be able to leverage MS Excel and if needed write PowerShell/Python scripts to analyse large volumes of data sets downloaded from AD environment. 
•    Should be able to identify and assess data patterns (such as nested groups, legacy objects, regional patterns), data issues, compare data across multiple domains, assess against AD standard/best practices and accordingly recommend remediations. 
•    Hand's on experience on end to end Identity and Access Management Tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD Operations.
•    Should have completed at least 2-5 implementations. 
•    Should be flexible to work on new technology on IAM domain. 
•    Worked in capacity of techno-functional role of Identity and Access Management Implementation 
•    Worked in client facing role.
•    Need to be thorough in their respective tool with hands-on experience involving configuration, implementation & customization.
•    Experience in HTML, JSP and JavaScript
•    Should be capable of at dissecting large problems and designing modular, scalable solutions
•    Good understanding of Identity Access Management solutions
•    Need to be thorough in their respective tool with hands-on experience involving configuration, implementation & customization
•    Web application knowledge
•    Should be familiar with application servers such as Tomcat and WebLogic
•    Exposure to Unix/Linux environments with knowledge of commands & basic shell scripting
•    Deployment of web application & basic troubleshooting of web application issues
•    Need to liaise with Business stakeholder and seek requirement clarification. Should able to map business requirement to technical specifications.
•    Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix)
•    Architecture Design (optimising the resources made available – servers and load sharing etc.)
•    Involvement in a successful Pursuit of a potential client by being part of the RFP response team
•    Should have good communication skills
•    BE/BTech/MCA with a strong hands on experience of 4 to 7 Yrs.

Preferred skills: 

•    Hands on experience in setting up the Identity and Access Management environment in standalone and cluster environment
•    Hands-on Development experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements
•    Strong understanding of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
•    Capability of understanding the business requirement and converting that into design
•    Good knowledge of information security, standards and regulations
•    Technical knowledge of Active Directory and experience with user and computer account administration
•    Understanding of Active Directory forest, domain, trust, permissions, access control lists and related concepts
•    Experience in Windows server and workstation administration/support
•    Strong people skills to interact with Manufacturing site employees across the globe
•    Hands-on User Access Certification development and testing experience is a bonus
•    Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix)
•    Architecture Design (optimising the resources made available – servers and load sharing etc.)
•    Hands on Custom connector development experience is a bonus
•    Hands on experience on Integration with other IAM tools like ITIM
