GDS Assurance – AOA Compliance Team Administrator - Senior Associate
The Opportunity
The Assurance Operations Accelerator (AOA) is a sub‑service line within Assurance Global Delivery Services (GDS), supporting global EY teams and overseeing the delivery of GDS engagement management support activities.
We are seeking a Compliance Team Administrator who will provide compliance support to countries across the Oceania and Asia East regions.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join the Asia Pacific Assurance Strategic Enablement & Technology – Compliance Team and will provide administrative and application‑related support across the Compliance stream. This role reports directly to the Compliance Team Leader based in Melbourne, Australia.
Core responsibilities include:
- Data entry and processing of updates in the Global Rotation Tool
- Participation in test cycles for all Compliance applications (e.g., Partner Rotation, Consultation, and other related systems)
- Supporting the monitoring of Consultation & Rotation ISQM controls, where applicable
- Preparing reports for Area QEL, Area PPD, ISQM, and Asia Pacific countries, including extraction of data from Compliance systems
- Assisting the team with implementation priorities and product‑specific queries from practitioners
- Providing administrative support for testing of Assurance applications and other on-demand project tasks

- Support report preparation and create analytical insights using tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Generate and distribute regular reports on project status and performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, status reports, meeting minutes)
- Encourage innovation, collaboration, and a high-performing team environment
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
- Support continuous learning and professional development within the team
- Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback
Qualifications
- University or college graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in a coordinator or experienced administrator role
- Strong PC skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Skills in digital and process automation, reporting, and Power BI are an advantage
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and sound judgment
