Job Description 

The Opportunity : EY Germany Learning Business Partner Team 
In this role, you will shape the Service Line Learning strategy through comprehensive needs analysis, curriculum management, prioritization, and budget steering. You will oversee cross-SL learning operations, including flagship initiatives, coordination with content owners, and key processes such as language learning, external learning offerings, and EY Badges. You will provide structured reporting and communication through SharePoint and leadership updates. As a central interface, 
you will collaborate closely with our Learning Design Team, our Learning Deployment Team, Talent Germany and regionale Learning Talent Teams and Finance. 


Your key responsibilities   
 


Drive strategic and innovative development of the learning landscape in close collaboration with various leadership levels. 
Lead internal projects within the training environment, including the implementation of new training formats and coordination of related change processes and communication activities. 
Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and both local and global training management teams. 
Analyze training curricula and identify development opportunities based on the needs of 
the business units. 
Coordinate budget planning, ongoing cost monitoring, reporting, and preparation of management and committee documentation.  


Skills and attributes for success  

 

Academic degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience in project management within a corporate environment, employee development, or training management. 
Strategic and analytical mindset, efficiency, solution orientation, openness to innovation, and a strong desire to take initiative. 
Excellent presentation and communication skills—in English (German language skills would be an advantage but not mandatory) 
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications. 
Solid knowledge of modern tools and methods in talent and personnel development, along with practical experience in their implementation and management.
