Data Integration Specialist
THE OPPORTUNITY
AV Engineering specialist in ETL design and development. Works with Data Lake and MoMa to ensure full fleet transparency to support long-term monitoring and device management, improving stability, user experience, security and currency.

Your key responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain reliable ETL and data-integration pipelines for Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise AV platforms.
Integrate device, monitoring, inventory and service-management data from Data Lake, MoMa, REST APIs and enterprise connectors.
Define data quality, lineage, normalization and validation controls that support trustworthy fleet reporting and analytics.
Build reusable integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Automation, Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate.
Partner with AV Engineering, Operations, OSTS, security and platform teams to translate operational needs into governed data products.
Create actionable Power BI dashboards and operational datasets for device health, compliance, currency, incidents and lifecycle management.
Implement observability, alerting, error handling and support documentation for production integrations.
Apply secure authentication patterns using OAuth, managed identities and Microsoft Entra ID.
Skills and attributes for success
Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
Strong ETL design, data mapping, troubleshooting and integration delivery skills in an enterprise environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Ability to work across AV engineering, cloud, security, operations and data teams in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking and a disciplined approach to data quality and service reliability.
To qualify for the role, you must have
SQL and data modeling, including relational concepts, transformations and analytical schemas.
Data integration using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth and enterprise connectors.
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Automation, Runbooks, Automation Accounts and Managed Identities.
Microsoft Graph API integration and PowerShell automation across Teams, Intune, Azure and Microsoft 365.
Power BI dashboarding, reporting and analytics.
Azure Administration knowledge aligned to AZ-104 concepts.
Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for pipeline and service observability.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, enterprise AV platforms and AV fleet-management data.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Python for data engineering, automation, validation and API integrations.
Experience with Data Lake architecture, orchestration, metadata management and data-governance practices.
ServiceNow integration and workflow automation.
Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and device-compliance data integration.
Experience integrating AV management platforms such as Control Hub, Poly Lens and Neat Pulse.
Familiarity with AI-driven operations, predictive maintenance and anomaly detection for AV environments.
