About Global Delivery Services
Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.
Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
The WinCenter / GTM Leader for Cybersecurity Services is a leadership role responsible for driving sustained business growth, expanding EY’s cybersecurity capabilities, and enabling market-winning strategies across EY member firms. This leader acts as the central orchestrator of EY’s cybersecurity go-to-market engine by aligning solutions, sales enablement, demand generation, and pursuit excellence to accelerate cybersecurity growth across regions and sectors.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, deep cybersecurity domain knowledge, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a complex global network.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Market Strategy
• Develop and execute the cyber GTM strategy for EY’s cybersecurity portfolio, aligned with EY solution priorities and market demand.
• Drive year-on-year revenue growth across cybersecurity services by enabling member firms to win more, win faster, and win bigger.
• Analyze global market trends to identify growth pockets, competitive opportunities, and emerging buyer needs.
• Work with Service Line and Sector leadership to position cybersecurity offerings for maximum commercial impact.
2. Capability Expansion & Solution Enablement
• Define, refine, and scale cybersecurity solutions, ensuring consistent delivery capability across EY member firms.
• Partner with global solution owners, regional leaders, and alliance partners to build repeatable, differentiated offerings.
• Ensure member firms have access to high-quality assets, accelerators, enablers, playbooks, and methodologies.
3. Sales & Pursuit Excellence
• Oversee the Cybersecurity WinCenter, ensuring the team provides high-impact support on priority pursuits.
• Establish deal pursuit standards, bid strategies, and value propositions that improve EY’s win rate.
• Support major, strategic, and complex pursuits including proposal (RFP/RFS) development, solution shaping, and executive story lining.
• Create reusable content (RFI/RFP libraries, credentials, case studies, solution decks) to accelerate pursuit velocity.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Network Enablement
• Partner closely with Regional Consulting Leaders, Cybersecurity Partners, and Sector Leaders to drive pipeline creation and conversion.
• Engage with account teams to shape client narratives, deliver value-based messaging, and position EY as the trusted cybersecurity advisor.
• Act as the point of contact for cybersecurity GTM activities, coordinating across markets and service lines (Consulting, Technology, Managed Services).
5. Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to develop strategic campaigns, industry POVs, and market messaging.
• Represent EY in global forums, analyst briefings, and executive client conversations.
• Drive internal evangelization of the cybersecurity strategy across the global network.
6. Performance, Analytics & Governance
• Monitor commercial pipeline, win rates, revenue performance, and GTM effectiveness.
• Provide regular reporting to cyber leadership, including insights on risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent pursuit processes, metrics, and governance across member firms.
7. Pricing, Commercial Structuring & Financial Modelling
• Lead the development of pricing strategies, cost models, and commercial structures for cybersecurity services and managed offerings.
• Create standardized effort estimation models, rate cards, and cost-to-serve frameworks to support sales pursuits.
• Review and challenge financial assumptions in proposals to ensure sustainable margins and competitive pricing.
• Support member firms in crafting cost cases, financial justifications, total cost of ownership (TCO) models, and value-based pricing.
• Serve as a key advisor on deal shaping, including contract structures, subscription models, managed service pricing, and risk considerations.
Skills and attributes for success
• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, GTM leadership, or pursuit leadership roles. 10+ years for managers and 15+ years for senior managers
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (strategy, governance, cloud security, identity, threat management, managed services, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with pricing strategy, commercial models, cost cases, effort estimation, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, scaling capabilities, and leading GTM strategies.
• Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed, multi-member firm environment.
Preferred candidates
• Experience within Big Four or global professional services environment.
• Strong command of industry frameworks (NIST, ISO, MITRE, CIS, etc.).
• Familiarity with alliances and ecosystem partners (Microsoft, Google, AWS, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Advanced degree or relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA) is a plus.
