Our industry and our company move fast, and you can be sure that you will always have room to learn and grow. We’re proud of our team and the important work we do to build confidence for a more connected world.
Your key responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Service Delivery Specialist responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity services, including the design, deployment, migration, and operation of different cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and a service‑driven mindset while ensuring the security, reliability, and integrity of the organization’s data and infrastructure. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to support Go‑To‑Market (GTM) initiatives by shaping service offerings, enabling operational readiness, and articulating value propositions, while also contributing subject‑matter expertise to Win Center activities and deal pursuits. Additionally, the specialist supports RFP/RFS responses by providing delivery models, implementation approaches, effort estimates, and operational inputs, ensuring proposed solutions are scalable, compliant, and operationally viable, while aligning cybersecurity service delivery with overall business goals and growth objectives.
Responsibilities for success include, but not limited to:
• Lead the planning, design, implementation, delivery, and lifecycle management of cybersecurity solutions to safeguard data, systems, and networks, ensuring solutions are operationally sound and service‑ready.
Perform capacity planning and utilization assessments for security platforms, tools, and licenses, providing quarterly insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and managing asset lifecycle planning including hardware/software refresh strategies ahead of EOL/EOS milestones.
• Drive security project delivery by coordinating communications, tracking progress across multiple technical teams, managing dependencies through to completion, and documenting project outcomes, lessons learned, and integration efforts across deployment and enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and execute security project plans and solution designs covering technologies such as SIEM, NDR, XDR, NGAV, NGFW, MDM, DLP, SWG, and UEBA, with a strong focus on cloud, DevOps, and application security, aligned to Zero Trust principles, regulatory obligations, and data privacy requirements.
• Contribute to GTM and Win Center activities by supporting RFP/RFS/RFI, solution readiness, delivery models, and implementation approaches, ensuring security offerings are scalable, operable, and aligned to customer and business requirements.
• Support the development and execution of CyberOps strategies, delivery roadmaps, and modernization initiatives to enable business growth, service maturity, and operational resilience.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, service metrics, and delivery commitments, driving operational stability, continuous improvement initiatives, effective stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across security services.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 7+ years of hands‑on cybersecurity service delivery, project execution, presales support, solution shaping, and delivery validation experience across large‑scale or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background in security project management, including planning, scheduling, dependency management, cross‑team coordination, documentation, and transition to operations.
• Proven ability to support GTM and Win Center motions, including contribution to RFP/RFS responses, solution assumptions, delivery models, scope definition, and implementation approaches.
• Experience positioning security solutions against business drivers, risk posture, and compliance requirements, translating technical capabilities into customer‑centric value propositions.
• Proven ability to meet and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics, driving service stability, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Effective collaborator with engineering, SOC, infrastructure, and cloud teams to deliver integrated, reliable, and scalable security services.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, bridging sales, presales, delivery, and operations to drive win strategies and successful deal outcomes.
General Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to Information Technology or Computer Science
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self‑direction, requiring minimal supervision to deliver tasks and outcomes.
• Possession of relevant cybersecurity or service management certifications such as CEH, CHFI, Security+, ITIL v3, GCFA, ECIH, GCIH, CySA+, or other recognized cybersecurity engineering and operations‑related credentials.
