We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our highly professional team. The chosen individual will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and working with our Financial Services clients to understand their business needs, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to provide practical solutions. 

 

What we’re looking for 

 

Here is our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your passion, strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.  

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow System Administration certification or other ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, development, and customization.
  • Good understanding of the knowledge/content features of the platform and familiar with JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, JSON, Angular, XHTML and XML
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging and testing skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies

 

Nice to have

  • CTA or CMA certification 
  • Experience in architecture
