As a leader in EY’s ServiceNow practice, based either in Sydney or Melbourne, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.
- Manage and deliver large-scale ServiceNow projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet client business requirements
- Drive business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations and contract negotiations.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and presenting ServiceNow solutions aligned to their business needs.
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of ServiceNow for various industry needs.
- Oversee the entire ServiceNow lifecycle, including needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead and inspire a team of ServiceNow professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Configure the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements. .
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
What we’re looking for
Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with a focus on GRC/HRSD.
- Experience in business development, including building client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow GRC/HRSD/BCM/ITOM/HAM/SAM modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST, SOAP), and data management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
