Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of asset valuation and advisory services? We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our Plant and Equipment Valuation team in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Specialise in plant and equipment valuation services, delivering expert advice and insights across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Conduct comprehensive asset valuations, offering crucial intelligence to clients in capital-intensive industries, helping them understand the true value of their asset portfolios.
- Play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making processes, especially during high-stakes transactions, to guide clients through various valuation purposes.
- Be a growth catalyst by forging strong relationships with new and existing clients, leading talented project teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences during engagements.

- A passion and in-depth knowledge in all things plant and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex engagements, with strong influencing skills to pull the right levers to drive the best outcomes.
- Excellent client facing skills with the confidence to lead client meetings, build a network and grow accounts.
- Ability to succinctly and clearly communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Ability to lead and mentor our staff, as well as being a strong team player.
- Enthusiasm and a strong drive to succeed.
Ideally, you’ll also have

A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Suitable fields of study including, Engineering, Property and Construction, Commerce, or Finance.

Current AAPI, ASA or RICS qualification or are actively working towards obtaining such a qualification.

Prior experience in property, business and/or plant and equipment valuation is favoured but not essential.
