Senior Manager – Tax Reward & Remuneration

 

The opportunity

 

A chance to join our thriving Rewards and People Transactions team! Help organisations maximise their greatest asset, their people, through the power of reward. As a Rewards Senior Manager, you will advise boards, executives and business leaders on complex remuneration matters, helping organisations attract, motivate and retain talent while aligning reward outcomes to business strategy, performance and governance requirements.

This role is based in Warrang - Sydney. We welcome flexibility and our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours (as many of our team members do). Please speak with us about potential options.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As a senior leader within the Rewards & People Transactions team, you will drive client outcomes, lead high-performing teams and contribute to the growth of the practice through technical excellence and market leadership.

 

  • Building and maintaining senior client relationships, identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the practice.
  • Leading complex reward consulting engagements, including executive remuneration, incentive design and reward transformation.
  • Supporting large-scale organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, workforce strategy and corporate transaction through innovative reward solutions.
  • Growing our team through coaching and developing team members. 
  • Bringing your bright ideas and integrating AI solutions into your day to day work.

Skills and attributes for success

 

This is a leadership role suited to an experienced remuneration consulting professional who can lead large-scale client engagements, develop client relationships and provide trusted advice. Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below:

 

  • Experience in remuneration consulting, reward strategy from executive level and across the organisation or performance and reward design and advisory within a consulting, professional services.
  • Knowledge of remuneration frameworks, executive or broad remuneration, incentive programs, reward governance, with design and implementation experience.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple client engagements and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and business development skills, with experience engaging directly with Remuneration Committees, Executive Leadership teams and business leaders.
