The Senior Manager, SAP EWM/TM will play a pivotal role through the strategic implementation and management of SAP EWM and TM solutions. You will lead a team of SAP professionals, driving projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with our business goals and operational excellence.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP EWM and TM solutions to support business objectives.
• Manage a team of SAP specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM/TM solutions with other business processes and systems.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP EWM/TM modules to enhance supply chain efficiency and visibility.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in warehouse and transportation management within the SAP environment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the delivery of solutions within scope and on time.
• Provide expert advice and support on SAP EWM/TM functionalities, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years experience in SAP EWM.
• 3+ years experience in SAP TM.
• Proven track record of successful SAP EWM/TM implementations and optimizations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and manage teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• SAP EWM/TM certification is highly desirable.
