As our Senior Manager – Modelling in the Sydney office, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the team to support our clients within the Financial Services industry on modelling matters in various contexts. This includes delivering high-quality financial and strategic analysis through the development of models that address clients' issues, projects, and new strategic initiatives.

Your primary focus will include

• Delivering insightful financial and operational modelling.
• Providing decision support and transaction analytics.
• Conducting various forms of analysis for business case development.
• Building strong working relationships with clients, understanding their issues, anticipating future opportunities, and developing solutions to meet their needs.

What we’re looking for 
 
Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go. 

• Financial Modelling: Strong numerical and analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced level of modelling skills using MS Excel and a range of additional tools such as Power BI, R, SAS, and Python.
• Education:  A degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or other relevant field, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis. Possessing a CA or CFA credential.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant modelling experience ideally within the professional services or financial services environment.
