Senior Manager - Digital Implementation - Environmental, Social and Governance
The opportunity
Our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) Digital team continues to expand, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the delivery and growth of Digital Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and ESG technology solutions.
You will work as part of the largest sustainability consulting practice in Oceania, partnering with leading organisations, including a significant proportion of the ASX 200 to help them respond to complex EHS and ESG challenges through technology-enabled transformation. The CCaSS Digital team advises clients on the selection, design and implementation of market-leading EHS and ESG platforms, working closely with global alliance software and technology partners.
This role offers the opportunity to shape major transformation programs, influence market direction, and play a visible leadership role across EY’s sustainability, technology and alliance ecosystems.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia, with flexible working arrangements available.
Your key responsibilities
- Leading complex, multi-stream Digital EHS and ESG implementation engagements end-to-end, from solution strategy through to deployment and transition.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them define digital roadmaps and solve complex EHS and ESG challenges through technology.
- Owning commercial outcomes for engagements, including scope definition, pricing, risk management and delivery governance in line with EYs Q&RM requirements.
- Providing strong people leadership across multiple engagements, including coaching and developing Managers and high-performing teams.
- Supporting business development activities, including proposal development, tenders and client pursuits.
Skills and attributes for success
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple, concurrent IT or digital transformation programs end-to-end.
- Proven ability to sell and shape professional services engagements, including responding to RFPs and tenders.
- Deep understanding of complex, integrated delivery models, including design, build, test, data, change management and transition.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly at senior levels.
