Senior Manager - Digital EHS Lead
The opportunity
As our Senior Manager - Digital EHS Lead You'll work with the largest sustainability consulting team in Oceania! Our multidisciplinary teams help companies understand the risks and opportunities arising from EHS issues, advising a large proportion of the ASX 200 to help them drive performance beyond their bottom line, this involves advisory services requirements for digital solutions, which would form a part of this role.
This role could be based in Naarm – Melbourne or Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- To lead engagements, working with our clients to determine the best digital solution and problem solve clients' needs.
- Build trusted relationships with EY's strategic alliance IT vendors- demonstrating excellent IT project delivery- to build credibility and leveraging those relationships to generate business opportunities and enhance market presence
What we look for
To be considered for this role you will ideally have the below skills and experience. However don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes, we’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience managing and delivering multiple IT projects at a time from end-to-end
- Experience selling engagements or have the ability to sell professional services (including responding to tenders).
- Experience implementing EHS solutions.
- Experience facilitating training/workshops.
- Strong delivery knowledge of multiple integrated workstreams, e.g. design, build, test, data, change management, transition etc.
- Capability to build relationships quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
