As the Senior Manager, SAP Procure to Pay, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects related to Procure to Pay. You will lead a team of SAP professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute SAP Procure to Pay projects, including SAP Ariba, Inventory Management, Material Management include master data, understanding of Accounts Payable and their integration
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP analysts and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Ensure the alignment of SAP Procure to Pay processes with overall business strategies and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
- Provide expert knowledge and support for SAP PTP and Ariba including MM, AP, IM, MRP, Master data
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SAP Procure to Pay projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of SAP PTP, Ariba, MM, AP, IM, MRP and their integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience working on large scale transformation programs as part of a cross functional team
- Proven experience in leading SAP Procure to Pay work streams with a focus on Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail and Wholesale.
