The team’s focus is on complex deals where EY would look to build, design, operate and run (potentially via partnership) industry/ sector/ client platforms and often with innovative commercial constructs.  These deals are often First of a Kind (FOAK) and once completed, the assets and IP created will allow EY to build new annuity revenue streams.

As a key part of the Growth & Innovation team, you will help identify and shape hypergrowth opportunities across the region, working with the APAC Growth & Innovation Leader, Account Teams, Solution Leads, Service Line Teams and external stakeholders.   You will provide critical support to understand the ecosystem and alliance environment, validate market opportunities, consider inorganic growth options and provide innovative thinking to potential commercial and partnering constructs.

  • Target Sourcing

  • Strategic Deals Team Liaison
    • to act as the conduit into the Strategic Deals Team (SDT) for hypergrowth opportunities and ensure that the right blend of support is brought to the deal to maximise the likelihood of success.
  • Growth Playbook Development
    • to industrialise the approach to innovative managed services offerings and ensure there is consistency in approach.
