Senior Coordinator – Brand, Reputation and Employer Brand

The opportunity

As our Senior Coordinator – Brand, Reputation and Employer Brand you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing EY Oceania’s brand and employer brand strategies to enhance reputation, attract top talent, and strengthen client relationships across Australia and New Zealand.

This role partners closely with the Talent Attraction and Acquisition team to create and deliver employer branding programs and campaigns that engage both passive and active talent in a timely and targeted manner.

In parallel, you will support the development and execution of brand campaigns that reinforce EY’s market presence and align with business growth objectives. This includes managing brand governance systems, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), Business Development (BD), and Service Line Leaders. You will also contribute to delivering EY’s brand and digital strategy through BMC for Brand and Talent.

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne or Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

  • Curate and activate authentic content (video, photography, blogs) for internal and external EY platforms, ensuring compliance with EY’s risk policies while managing and publishing content effectively.
  • Utilise analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance, support the development of a cohesive brand identity, and ensure it resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with BD teams, Service Line Leaders, and cross-functional teams to align brand efforts with business goals, while identifying opportunities to cross-promote content across BMC and Talent teams.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of brand campaigns that enhance EY’s market presence, acting as a brand guardian to ensure adherence to EY’s brand identity and global messaging.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes across concurrent campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across digital and social platforms.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Committed team player and collaborator with strong relationship building skills.
  • Understanding of core brand and marketing principles.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment and embracing change with resilience and curiosity.
