The role: 
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Advisory team, focusing on delivering exceptional change management services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating business transformations, driving strategic change initiatives, and enhancing change capabilities within client organizations. This role requires collaboration with high-performing teams to accelerate value alignment and support our clients through significant change efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•    Utilize expertise to manage and deliver projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organizations.
•    Drive strategic transformation and change agendas, build change capacity, and implement effective change solutions for clients.
•    Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
•    Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to tailor the change approach.
•    Lead change for significant business transformations, with a focus on SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, or large-scale digital programs.
•    Design and implement change strategies for client organizations undergoing business transformation.
•    Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert change management advice, strategic communications, and user experience guidance.
•    Define and measure success metrics to monitor change progress.
•    Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.
•    Support team growth and practice investment through active participation in development activities.
•    Be an active member of the practise, fostering integration and high performance within the team.
•    Innovate and contribute ideas to expand service offerings and drive positive client impact.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go. 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Prosci ADKAR Model certification or an equivalent change management certification is highly desirable.
•    2-5 years of experience in change management, preferably with large-scale organizational change experience.
•    Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
•    Demonstrated experience in change management strategy, readiness assessment, communication planning, and user experience solutions.
