Skills and attributes for success


  • You’re a critical thinker who can use a structured, data-led approach to solving business problems
  • You have a strong understanding of current supply chain or operations issues
  • You can work effectively under pressure, and prioritise work to suit business needs
  • You can communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to a senior executive audience 
  • You can collaborate effectively in a team environment, and are passionate about people building and driving a culture of teaming
  • You enjoy working in an environment that values diversity in perspectives and backgrounds


To qualify for the role, you must have:


  • 3+ years’ consulting or industry experience in a supply chain or operations environment
