The opportunity
As a Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to work across all elements of our Reward and HR Transactions team. This includes reviewing, designing and implementing total reward frameworks and strategies aligned to market trends, stakeholder views and broader business strategies; as well as HR transactions focusing on all elements of strategic HR across due diligence, integration and transformation phases.
This role is based in Warrang – Sydney or Naarm - Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver client projects as part of a collaborative team by performing data analysis, report writing and structured decision-making to inform recommendations that consider success criteria, barriers, risks and issues.
- Contribute to development of proposals and thought leadership initiatives.
- Provide guidance to junior team members.
- Achieve performance objectives and metrics related to client service, quality and risk management, solution development and teamwork.
What we look for

- Understanding of remuneration structures, includingbenefit and incentive programs, across local and/or international contexts.
- HR experience in consulting or corporate settings, with a strong foundation in remuneration and/or generalist HR projects in a transaction or transformation context
- Strong capability in analysing large and complex data sets to identify meaningful insights and conduct market analysis.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and engage effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
