Senior Brand & Marketing Manager – EY-Parthenon
The opportunity
As our Senior Brand and Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering a marketing strategy that strengthens the EY-Parthenon value proposition, builds distinctive market presence, and drives awareness and preference with key buyers. This includes identifying the right content, channels and activation approaches to cut through with senior executive audiences and working collaboratively across the business to bring the strategy to life.
This position is based in Warrang – Sydney. This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop an integrated brand and marketing strategy for EY-Parthenon, focusing on high-impact engagement with C-suite and Board-level audiences while ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
- Translate commercial and market insights into relevant, distinctive, and evidence-based marketing plans that resonate with target audiences.
- Define and prioritize the appropriate channels (owned, earned, paid) and content formats to effectively elevate the EY-Parthenon value proposition.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment with EY-Parthenon priorities, leveraging the best available content and programs while adapting them for the Oceania audience.
- Shape the annual thought leadership and content roadmap, ensuring that it remains relevant to critical decision-makers across priority industries and addresses their specific needs.
- Design and deliver high-quality, insight-led campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and reinforce EY-Parthenon’s role as a strategic advisor, while establishing clear KPIs to measure impact and optimize performance.
- Build strong relationships across the firm to influence decision-making, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on brand positioning and market engagement, and ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Skills and attributes for success
- 8+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and communications, preferably within professional services or a complex, global B2B environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver marketing strategies specifically targeting C-suite audiences, demonstrating strong integrated marketing and content strategy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, combined with a highly strategic mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading projects, teams, and agency partners to achieve high-quality outcomes, with a self-motivated and adaptable approach in fast-paced environments.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated uplift in brand awareness, preference and engagement for EY-Parthenon among C-suite audiences.
- Delivery of a clear, insight-led marketing strategy aligned to business priorities.
- High-quality campaign and content execution, grounded in analytics and performance optimisation.
- Deep, productive relationships with EY-Parthenon leaders, BD teams and Brand, Marketing and Communications team members.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and ability to influence without authority.
- Effective leadership, prioritisation and workload management.
