We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Managing Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional HR Employee Central transformation services to our clients. As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, design and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals.
This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne / Canberra - Ngambri / Meanjin – Brisbane / Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
- Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs
- Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.
- Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to meet client requirements and business processes.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.
- Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Employee Central and Payroll.
- Provide advanced – level advice and guidance on payroll deployment approach and planning
- Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Skills and attributes for success
- A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems.
- Experience working with different HR/Payroll systems and HR processes including process review and design.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central at a minimum.
- Completion of a minimum 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations.
- Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience.
- Experience in Australian (and New Zealand - desirable) SF EC and Payroll projects to enhance business functionality and overall performance.

- Experience working in diverse team teams and/or project management activities on large projects
- Consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
