We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Reporting and Analytics Lead to oversee the reporting and analytics workstream in our SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics, as well as strong leadership skills to guide a team of techno-functional SAP resources.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead and manage a team of techno-functional SAP Analytics resources throughout the entire SAP S/4HANA implementation cycle.

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the team to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive reporting and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives utilizing SAC, Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics.

  • Work closely with functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across the system.

  • Coordinate with other stream leads to ensure alignment and integration of the reporting solutions across all the in-scope SAP modules.

  • Stay up to date with SAP’s latest analytics tools, features, and roadmap to ensure the adoption of best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reporting and analytics tools.

  • Engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand reporting needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure adherence to data standards and policies.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for all reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of SAP reporting tools and solutions.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant Degree or a Certificate will be advantageous.

  • Proven experience in SAP reporting and analytics, with a focus on SAC, Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

  • Strong background in data architecture and data management.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, and Embedded Analytics.

  • Familiarity with SAP’s analytics roadmap and emerging tools.

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration with analytics tools.

  • Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.

  • Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.

  • Prior experience in leading design workshops and developing analytics strategies in a retail environment.
