As our SAP Director, you will play a key role in building and managing the delivery of SAP technology transformation projects and programs to align with organizational strategy and achieve desired outcomes. 

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in establishing and executing SAP strategies, leading a team of SAP professionals, and excelling in cross-functional collaboration. 

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of SAP market and functional strategy plans at region, area and/or global level aligned to business priorities.  
• Accountable for budget, delivery and performance of visible, large scale, complex processes, solutions, or projects to achieve performance objectives.
• Responsible for building and managing client relationships, revenue generation and/or managing complex commercial relationships.
• Provides leadership and direction to teams up to and including senior managers across multiple activities Leads and develops teams to bring the firm's Employee Value Proposition to life and leads teams with broad visibility to achieve performance objectives.
• Proposes solutions to technical constraints and anticipate bottlenecks in the system development cycle.
• Interface with stakeholders and functional owners to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Provide efficient solutions for any issues related to SAP operations.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in SAP and leverage this knowledge to improve our SAP operations.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience in SAP-related roels such as; SAP Program Delivery and/or Solutions Architecture role, ideally within a consulting/client delivery setting. 
• In-depth knowledge of various SAP modules and practices which include but not limited to: SAP S4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD/OTC, or SAP Finance. 
• Proven track record of leading SAP projects to successful completion within an enterprise or large organisation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills 
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. 
• Strong problem-solving skills.
