We know Resource Management is a niche field, so we are keen to train an excellent communicator who is passionate about helping the team achieve their goals and support their personal development.
In this 12-month fixed-term role, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position, you will establish a wide-ranging network by acting as the liaison between all internal enablement teams and our client-facing teams. Your efforts will help us achieve better outcomes for our people, clients, and EY.

- Ability to build strong relationships with your team; ensuring you understand their needs and interests.
- Identify challenges and deliver multiple solutions for a win/win scenario for all stakeholders.
- Complex problem solver (often this role requires multiple solutions before finalisation)
- Ability to work autonomously but connect into the team on a regular basis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a variety of tools
- Preferred experience in resource management, project management, recruitment, talent development, and/or supply & demand management
Examples of what we do:
- Partner with leadership to drive performance by analysing trends
- Work with staff members to understand their development areas and seek growth opportunities for them
- Change management – supporting roll out of new tools, reporting and systems
- Identify upcoming skills shortages
- Manage staff capacity to ensure minimal downtime
- Encourage a positive workplace culture through focus on diversity and inclusion and balancing of workload management across the team
