Oceania Account Excellence & Client Experience Leader

 

The opportunity

 

As our Oceania Account Excellence & Client Experience Leader you’ll be primarily responsible for the implementation of the firm’s Sales & Commercial Excellence (S&CE) strategy and operating model at the Super Region (Oceania) level. This role will work as a part of the Oceania Clients & Industries (C&I) function and work closely with the respective Sales & Commercial Excellence Leader to deliver on Super Region priorities and accountabilities. The Oceania Account Excellence & Client Experience Leader will be a key conduit of information between Global and Super Region to cascade global strategy and operating model (processes and activities) to the Oceania business.

 

This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Team closely with the Oceania Sales & Commercial Excellence Leader to establish and deliver on the C&I priorities and accountabilities as cascaded by Oceania and Global leadership.
  • Activate the C&I strategy including S&CE resource alignment, account portfolios, team connectivity, managing budget, driving training and development activity and innovation initiatives
  • Work with the Regional Accounts Leader and S&CE leader to support account teams and Client Executives (CEs) to enable best practice sales and market activity
  • Work with the Oceania C&I Strategy & Operations Leader to deliver a differential investment model for accounts through reporting and capability, access to tools and enablers that enhance account team performance and enable account growth
  • Lead and manage the Oceania Customer Experience (CX) program, ensuring a consistent, insight driven approach to capturing client feedback and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Connect and drive the local S&CE and C&I Strategy and Operations communities, understand their needs and challenges and leverage proximity and relationships with Global & Super Regions.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • 10+ years of business development and marketing experience in the professional services arena
  • Demonstrate success in building internal and external relationships 
  • Excellent project management skills, proven team building and interpersonal communication and influencing skills 
  • Ability to interface with the most senior levels of the regional, global and APAC firm 
  • Prior experience as a Client Management Leader, Account Management Leader, Business Development client Executive

  • High versatility to align multiple stake holder agendas 
  • Proven ability to resolve client/customer issues effectively and innovatively 
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, preferably in business or finance related discipline
