What's in it for you?

As our Central Markets Operations lead, you’ll provide team leadership and supervision of projects under management by the Oceania Central Markets Operations team. This includes an oversight role on Global Revenue Planning, performance reporting with Finance, budgeting, Markets Board and Executive Leadership Team preparation material, team learning, and co-ordination of strategic insights for Leadership.

• Act as the connector across Markets – coordinating work streams between functions and driving collaboration across Market Segments, Service Lines, Business Development, Brand, Marketing and Communications, offshore support and Markets Finance

• Lead exciting strategic projects for the firm.

• Be part of an impressive and high performing multi-national operations team through hybrid working.

•  Outcomes focused, self-driven, and able to take ownership for large and complex programs, with the ability to plan forward and anticipate/mitigate risks and roadblocks

• Strong people management and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse and virtual team
• Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, establish their trust through a demonstrable business understanding,  and communicate complex concepts and information to senior leadership
• A collaborative and consultative working style given the broad range of people and functions which are impacted by or reliant upon the programs led by Operations
