Marketing Coordinator – Community Impact

 

 

The opportunity

 

As our Marketing Coordinator in the Community Impact team, you’ll join our marketing team to support the implementation and promotion of behaviour change education programs to primary and secondary schools across Australia. The role focuses on the execution of integrated marketing and pre-sales functions within our Community Impact team, delivering exceptional customer service and account management, whilst supporting lead conversion.

 

This role is based in Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate and support the creation and production of digital marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support the execution of direct marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and engagement, nurturing leads through the marketing funnel to conversion.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction, delivering high-quality customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Conduct research to inform marketing strategies, including customer insights and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate segmentation and efficient lead management.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or similar), or 1-2 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and CRM outreach.
  • Customer service experience, and familiarity with sales cycles and lead generation, preferably in a high-touch environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, including ongoing data maintenance and audience segmentation.
  • Experience working to and delivering on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
