Our Community Impact (CI) Team is seeking a dedicated Marketing & Booking Coordinator to support our mission of promoting behaviour change education programs in primary and secondary schools.

 

The Community Impact team design, develop, implement, and evaluate large-scale behavior change, education and community programs on behalf of clients, with an outcome to create a social benefit in society.

 

As the Marketing & Booking Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in lead generation, booking administration, and fostering relationships with schools. Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying leads, conducting outreach, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service, through various channels such as telephone, email, and CRM booking software. 

 

This role is based in Sydney and is offered on a full-time permanent basis of 37.5 hours per week. Alternative locations will be considered for the right candidate. Flexible hours will be considered and a hybrid working arrangement is available. 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Identifying potential leads (school contacts) through market research, segment lead data and create personalised content to enhance engagement with CI programs. 
  • Conduct direct outreach through phone calls and email to qualify, nurture and successfully convert leads into bookings in line with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle end to end booking administration including scheduling bookings according to program parameters and school needs and managing booking data in the CRM, communicating alterations related to booking details. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through CRM data audits and logging CRM issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including handling queries, maintaining brand representation in all communications, and cultivate positive relationships with schools and internal teams.
  • Identify and escalate any issues to the team leader and program manager to ensure timely resolution.

 

Skills and attributes for success 

 

  • Experience in lead generation, bookings, direct marketing outreach and CRM campaign execution.   
  • Experience in telephone-based engagement and customer relations. 
  • Experience using a CRM system, marketing automation software (e.g., MS Dynamics, Mail Chimp) 
  • Data Entry experience and proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of maintenance and legislative requirements regarding customer records and information
  • Ability to work to and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

Ideally you’ll also have: 

 

  • Adaptability to adapt to changing environments and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and careful and thorough approach to tasks 
  • Confident team player with negotiation and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Exceptional time management skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
