We are looking for a Manager within the People Advisory team in our Sydney office.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentations
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on workforce strategy, organisation design, change management, strategic communication and human resources transformation
  • Lead and develop team members 
  • Develop proposals and tender responses
  • Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations 


Skills and attributes for success: 

  • Qualifications in human resources, communication, design and business (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience working in government, defence and/or management sectors
  • Proven ability to build internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and client delivery experience 
  • Experience working with ambiguity ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity

At EY, you’ll be rewarded and recognised based on your performance and our comprehensive benefits package can be tailored to your individual needs. The minimum salary for this position is $123,500 AUD inclusive of superannuation.
