Our Climate Change and Sustainability Services team continues to grow and we are interested in speaking with talent individuals based in Sydney or Melbourne with EHS IT program delivery expertise and sales experience to serve the Oceania market. The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Digital team works internally with our internal IT teams and different ERP vendors to implement digital solutions for our clients. As the Manager, EHS Digital Lead you'll lead the EHS Digital go-to-market strategy and execution methodology in collaboration with the Oceania EHS Leader. You'll lead business development of EY's EHS Digital services in Sydney or Melbourne, with a particular focus on working with our IT teams to win digital engagements and work collaboratively with our Oceania Digital Leader and Oceania EHS Leader to continue the operation of and expand EY's services in this space.
- You'll work with the largest sustainability consulting team in Oceania! Our multidisciplinary teams help companies understand the risks and opportunities arising from EHS issues, advising a large proportion of the ASX 200 to help them drive performance beyond their bottom line, this involves advisory services requirements for digital solutions, which would form a part of this role.
- Lead engagements, working with our clients to determine the best digital solution and problem solve clients' needs.
- Building trusting relationships with EY's strategic alliance IT vendors- demonstrating excellent IT project delivery- to build credibility and leveraging those relationships to generate business opportunities and enhance market presence.
What we’re looking for

- Experience managing and delivering multiple IT projects at a time from end-to-end
- Experience selling engagements or have the ability to sell professional services (including responding to tenders).
- Experience implementing Donesafe, Enablon, SAP, Sustainability Manager or another EHS solution.
- Experience facilitating training/workshops.
- Capability to build relationships quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of ESG or EHS processes.
- Experience integrating solutions through API/SFTP.
