We bring together extraordinary people, like you, to build a better working world.

What’s in it for you?

As an Employment Legal Counsel, you’ll join our growing Litigation Practice Group (LPG) within the EY General Counsel’s office. • Advising on and managing workplace investigations and complaints.
  • Advising on and representing the Firm in relation to employee claims such as general protection and unfair dismissal claims.

What we’re looking for

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

  • Between 5 and 8 years’ post admission experience as an employment lawyer, preferably with in-house experience.
  • Experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Ability to provide strategic commercial advice to stakeholders.
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Creative thinker and pragmatic problem solver.
