You will work directly with senior risk and compliance stakeholders to provide advice, independent assurance and practical insights on some of the industry’s most significant risk, regulatory and transformation challenges.
You’ll join a collaborative and dynamic team that combines risk and controls, delivery, transformation and technology expertise, meaning you will get exposure across a broad range of domains.

Your key responsibilities
As a Financial Crime Compliance Manager in our Financial Services Risk Management team, you will:
- Lead and deliver financial crime compliance assurance, advisory and transformation engagements across financial services clients.
- Assess governance, risk management and control frameworks, identifying risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide clear, practical recommendations.
- Manage engagement workstreams, coach junior team members and ensure high-quality delivery within budget and timelines.
- Support business development, proposals and client initiatives related to regulatory change, risk transformation and financial crime uplift programs.
Skills and attributes for success
- 5–7 years’ experience in Financial Crime Compliance within financial services, consulting or a regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of financial crime risk, governance, controls, assurance and risk management frameworks.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate complex issues effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects, engagement workstreams and developing junior team members.
- Exposure to data analytics, technology-enabled assurance, AI solutions or financial crime transformation initiatives.
We’re interested in your strengths, aptitude, and willingness to learn. Don’t worry if you don’t meet every criteria—what matters most is your attitude and potential.
