The opportunity
As EY continues to grow its Business Consulting practice across Sydney and Canberra, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals who are passionate about helping organisations solve complex business challenges and deliver sustainable transformation.
We are particularly interested in connecting with talent across our Supply Chain and Business Transformation competencies, from Consultant through to Director level.
Whether your experience lies in improving operational performance, designing future-state operating models, transforming business processes, leading large-scale change programs, or helping organisations improve productivity and performance, we would love to hear from you.
Our teams work with a broad range of government and private sector clients, helping them turn strategy into action and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
This is a hybrid position based in Canberra - Ngambri and Sydney – Warrang. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations
Help organisations design, optimise and transform end-to-end supply chains through:

Supply chain strategy and transformation

Procurement and sourcing optimisation

Operating model design
-
Supplier and contract management
-
Inventory, logistics and distribution improvement

Cost reduction and productivity initiatives

Performance management and governance frameworks

Technology-enabled supply chain transformation
Business Transformation
Help clients improve organisational performance and deliver strategic outcomes through:

Business transformation and performance improvement

Operating model design and implementation
-
Business architecture and process optimisation
-
Workforce and organisational transformation
-
Strategy execution and transformation roadmaps

Productivity and efficiency programs
-
Change management and stakeholder engagement

Enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Skills and attributes for success

Experience within consulting, government, industry or a large, complex organisation

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
The ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Experience leading or supporting transformation initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative approach and passion for team success

Commercial acumen and client-focused thinking

A desire to build trusted relationships and create lasting impact

Given the nature of our work with Australian Federal Government clients, applicants must be Australian citizens and able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance.
