The opportunity
At EY-Parthenon, our unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance delivers real-world value – solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. Benefiting from EY’s full spectrum of services, we’ve reimagined strategic consulting to work in a world of increasing complexity. With deep functional and sector expertise, paired with innovative AI-powered technology and an investor mindset, we partner with CEOs, boards, private equity and governments every step of the way.
Whether a business is in crisis or is simply facing an operational challenge, our restructuring and turnaround team is experienced in helping management teams identify and prioritize the most critical issues, stabilize the business, establish a leadership and stakeholder consensus around the solution, and deliver tangible results quickly.
As our Senior Manager you’ll work on a diverse range of deals that will enhance your skills and help clients discover financial, strategic, and operational solutions that enhance liquidity, credit access, and returns for stakeholders. Being part of a multi-disciplinary, global team means you will gain invaluable experience across various industries and geographies.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse clientele, including lenders, investors, and corporations, providing them with innovative solutions to their most challenging financial, strategic, and operational issues. You'll be an integral part of a global, multidisciplinary team, expanding your expertise across various industries and regions.
Step into a leadership position where your ideas are not only welcomed but encouraged. With the support of our senior leadership and the talent of your colleagues, you'll operate at the forefront of the industry. Our nurturing and cooperative work culture is designed to accelerate your career growth, offering you the experiences, exposure, and mentorship necessary to advance rapidly on your chosen career path.
This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne or Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
