EY-Parthenon offers corporate, government and private equity clients professional strategy and transaction advice and services, from corporate, commercialisation or new market entry strategy, to the strategic analysis phase of the transaction lifecycle, through to deal execution, transaction integration and post deal value creation. The goal is to create value for EY clients, people and society more broadly at the intersection of strategy, transaction services and transformation.

This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities:
As our Resource Manager, you will build a broad network by being the conduit between all internal enablement teams and our client facing teams to help us deliver better outcomes for people, clients and EY Parthenon. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Partner with leadership to analyse trends and support performance outcomes
- Work closely with team members to understand their development needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Support change initiatives, including the rollout of new tools, reporting and systems
- Identify emerging skills needs to support future capability
- Manage staff capacity to minimise downtime and optimise utilisation
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and balanced team culture, with a focus on wellbeing, diversity and equity

- Ability to build strong relationships with your team; ensuring you understand their needs and interests.
- Identify challenges and deliver multiple solutions for a win/win scenario for all stakeholders.
- Complex problem solver (often this role requires multiple solutions before finalisation)
- Ability to work autonomously but connect into the team on a regular basis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a variety of tools
- Preferred experience in resource management, project management, recruitment, talent development, and/or supply & demand management
