 As our Oceania Market Development and Insights Lead, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing our go-to-market and insights strategy in the Oceania region for EY Parthenon. You will collaborate with leadership to drive market and account strategies, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance brand initiatives, while also fostering connections within the firm to maximize impact across various sectors.

 

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne / Boorloo – Perth / Canberra - Ngambri / Meanjin – Brisbane / Tarndanya – Adelaide / Warrang – Sydney. This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. We are open to the successful candidate seeking either a fixed-term contract or a permanent opportunity. Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with EY-Parthenon Clients and Industries leadership to identify emerging trends and develop market strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilise data analytics to provide critical insights that inform account planning and revenue opportunities, ensuring effective decision-making.
  • Project leadership and management of go to market programs and replicable campaigns to maximize lead generation and impact across sectors.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination of sector communities to build sector expertise, belonging and client centricity. Collaborate by conducting regular strategy meetings with area sector leaders and participating in sector-wide initiatives.
  • Act as a knowledge hub for expertise requests, enhancing integration with the global EY sector group and fostering a cohesive sector community.
  • Manage the EY-Parthenon Insights plan and coordinate resources and SME inputs to deliver an effective and impactful insights agenda.
  • Support the EY Parthenon Industry Leaders in activating major EY market initiatives and tracking high-priority accounts through global mappings and financial analyses.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics for the sector and priority accounts, ensuring alignment with global and Oceania guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Convene and run Clients and Industries leadership team meetings, driving the agenda to ensure maximum impact.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other materials for leadership meetings and broader communication activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations that support strategic objectives.

 

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Solid and demonstrated experience with a background in strategy within a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging data for strategic insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, high level complex stakeholder management and collaboration abilities to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives at a senior level.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across various sectors and geographies, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in developing and executing market strategies that enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
