As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role providing support to both local and international clients as they evaluate their IT frameworks. As part of the Deal Technology team, you'll provide management consulting throughout the deal lifecycle, analyse IT systems, and offer key insights. Our services cover IT M&A due diligence, IT separation and integration advisory, and post-deal value creation.

 

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne.

 

 

Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Collaborate effectively within a team to deliver top tier IT due diligence, post-merger integration, and separation projects.
  • Analyse and address technology considerations applicable to client acquisitions, divestments, or mergers.
  • Craft written materials and reports of exceptional quality.
  • Cultivate meaningful client relationships and ensure their utmost satisfaction with the engagement process and deliverables.

  • A genuine interest in Technology and the latest digital innovations.
  • A solid grasp of corporate IT ecosystems, including infrastructure, ERP systems, and various business applications.
  • Experience in Management Consulting or Professional Services.
  • Understanding of the M&A lifecycle, pre- and post-deal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with curiosity and creative thinking.
  • The capacity to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide spectrum of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A readiness to embrace feedback and utilise it to deliver added value.
