This role can be performed from our EY offices in Sydney or Melbourne, with flexible working arrangements available. Reduced hours may also be considered — please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Unlock the full potential of AI in the real estate and infrastructure sectors — from automation and analytics to smarter investment decisions.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon sector specialists to design AI-powered solutions that drive impactful outcomes.
• Shape innovative, sustainable, and tech-enabled strategies that challenge the status quo.
• Create engaging content to amplify our voice in the market.
• Educate and assist team members in implementing best practices for AI utilisation in real estate consulting.
• Stay updated on the latest AI technologies applicable to property and professional services.
• Work with management to develop AI-driven processes that enhance client results

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong experience in AI, data science, or machine learning (consulting, tech, or innovation experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of AI platforms and tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Excel AI integrations, and Zapier.
• Comprehension of business process automation concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• An insatiable curiosity for how AI is transforming industries — especially in city shaping, built environment, property, and urban infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial strategies.
