As part of our Financial Services Risk Management team, you’ll focus on client opportunities where your expertise can make a substantial impact. You will be assisting our clients enhance the management of risk data. All maintaining work life balance through hybrid working.
- Relevant experience in Risk Analytics within Financial Services / Banking / FinTech
- Ability to understand requirements across various regulatory Programs including the interpretation of Prudential and reporting requirements across the delivery life cycle
- Broad experience in risk analytics and reporting including the ability to work with large datasets
- Support delivery across a range of regulatory transformation programs, leading projects to agreed standards and timescales
- Draw insights and analytics from data to inform stakeholders about changes from regulatory requirements
- Ability to design and implement data management capabilities to support data risk management
- Lead / support the wider team with various business development initiatives to support the transformation of risk functions.

- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, client engagement and presentation. Maintain long term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities
- Manage conflicting priorities, track project timelines/budget and motivates teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
- Experience with Australian and/or international prudential supervision, regulatory reporting, regulatory technology (RegTech), capital management, enterprise risk and risk data management
- Working knowledge of coding languages desirable (e.g. SAS, Python, SQL, VBA etc.)
