Data Analytics Experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant
The opportunity
Due to continued success and growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our highly regarded People Advisory Services team, in the diverse area of Employment Taxes Data Analytics.

This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Led complex data modelling for wage compliance initiatives, including Industrial Instruments (Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, Industry Awards), superannuation, and Pay-As-You-Go Withholding, as well as preparing Superannuation Guarantee Charge statements and voluntary disclosure submissions.
- Partnered closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies (including the Australian Taxation Office and Fair Work Australia) to deliver highquality data analytics projects and support the growth of the global mobility data analytics practice.
- Designed and delivered training and capabilitybuilding sessions for both clients and internal teams, translating technical insights into clear, practical guidance.
Skills and attributes for success
- Relevant academic foundation in data analytics or commerce, combined with earlycareer experience in data analytics, with a focus on wage compliance and employment tax remediation.
- Handson technical capability across analytics and data tools, including intermediate proficiency in Alteryx, working knowledge of SQL and Python, and experience using data visualisation platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong commitment to excellence in client service, with the ability to apply analytical insights in a practical, clientfocused way.

- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to be flexible
- Confidence handling data and proven data analytic skills
